**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage the MD’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
- Handle travel arrangements, accommodations, and itineraries.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as required.
- Take **accurate and detailed meeting minutes**, distribute them promptly, and follow up on action items.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the MD and internal/external stakeholders.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Assist with project coordination, follow-ups, and tracking of deadlines.
- Organize and maintain filing systems (digital & physical).
- Provide personal support when necessary, including errands and ad-hoc tasks.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar role.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in **English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Chinese (Mandarin)**.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and digital tools.
- Strong note-taking and writing skills for meeting minutes.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Minimum Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred but not mandatory).

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
