**i. Financial Analysis and Reporting**:
- Assist in preparing financial models and forecasts for investment opportunities.
- Conduct financial due diligence and valuation analyses for potential acquisitions and partnerships.
- Support the preparation of financial reports, presentations, and investment proposals for senior management.
**ii. Investment Evaluation and Deal Execution**:
- Perform return-on-investment (ROI), net present value (NPV), and internal rate of return (IRR) calculations.
- Support deal structuring by gathering market and financial data for decision-making.
- Assist in preparing transaction-related documentation and ensuring compliance with governance standards.
**iii. Stakeholder Engagement**:
- Liaise with financial institutions, investors, and internal stakeholders to support corporate finance activities.
- Assist in monitoring financing agreements, including tracking key terms, covenants, and repayment schedules.
- Prepare periodic reports for stakeholders on financial performance and investment updates.
**iv. Market and Risk Analysis**:
- Research market trends, industry developments, and economic factors impacting corporate finance decisions.
- Conduct scenario analysis to assess potential financial risks and investment viability.
**v. Budgeting and Cost Management**:
- Assist in the preparation of corporate budgets, financial forecasts, and cost analysis reports.
- Monitor expenses and financial performance to identify opportunities for cost optimization and efficiency improvements.
**vi. Regulatory Compliance and Documentation**:
- Ensure adherence to financial regulations, corporate policies, and reporting standards.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation for audits and compliance purposes.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
