Process monthly payroll in timely manner.
- Administer and coordinate the Performance Appraisal System process.
- Prepare related recruitment documentations i.e. Letter of Appointment Letter of Confirmation etc.
- Prepare HR related report / analysis of data from time to time as required.
- Assist in employee welfare program.
- Maintain the company notice boards.
- To issue employee gate pass, maintain staff movement records and etc.
- Administer attendance record/leave record and medical entitlement.
- Co-ordinate employee requisitions and recruitment from interviewing process and resignation process.
- Assist at reception counter when required.
- Assist in updating training documentations i.e. training record, OJT etc.
- Coordinate and handle departmental filing, documentation system and records.
- Others clerical jobs such as typing, mailing, photocopying/binding and documents distribution.
- Maintain the company notice boards.

- Alor Gajah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Education**:
- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)
