**Job Description**:
We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Executive - Freight Costing (Mandarin Speaker) to join our Centre of Excellence (CoE), in Penang, Malaysia.

As a Customer Service Executive - Freight Costing, you will:
PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Enter data according to Standard Operating Procedure
- Respond to queries for information and access relevant files
- Record information into Cargo wise 1
- Check completed work for accuracy
- Explore process improvement through Continuous Improvement initiative

- Mandarin Speaker required
- Must be good at calculations/mathematics
