Working Location - Bangsar South

Working Hours - Monday to Friday (9am - 6pm)

Basic Salary - 3,500 - MYR 5,000

But depending on business requirements (if needed, u might need to work extra hours)

1. Able to understand & analyze Customer Experience/Contact Centre Key metrics.

2. Develop customized report & refine existing report for Operations team.

3. Validate data with stakeholders before implementing new reporting framework.

4. Provide daily, weekly & monthly reports as per operation's and client’s requirements.

5. Assist in operational insights development to provide opportunities for continuous improvement of our operations.

6. Implement process to maintain data integrity & accuracy across entire reporting function.

7. Identify & interpret trends based on operations performance report.

8. Work closely with Project Stakeholders to enhance data driven decisions.

9. Identify gaps and impact in Operations performance & support to drive improvements.

10. Manage & deliver reporting/analytics request for various project.

11. Cross-Support Real Time Analyst/Work Force Management team, where necessary.

12. Any other ad-hoc task assigned to you from your respective supervisor.

**Job Requirement**:
1. Degree in any field.

2. 2 years experience in related field.

3. Analytical skills is required.

3. Intermediate/Advance Microsoft Office skills.

4. Experience in Tableau, Power BI, Salesforce Reporting/Dashboard will be added value.

5. Demonstrate problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

6. Communicate effectively in verbal and written formats, including presentation skills and professional writing skills.

8. Able to work independently as well as in a team.

9. Able to work under tight deadlines.

**Salary**: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
