**Job Title: Reporting Analyst**

**Department: Reporting and Analytics, GIPS-SR**

**Level: L1 (Less than 3 years of experience)**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Utilize QLIK and other business analytics tools to gather and analyze data.
- Generate reports and dashboards to provide insights into key performance metrics.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
- Identify trends and patterns within data sets to inform business decisions.
- Maintain and enhance existing reporting processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Provide ad-hoc analysis and support to various teams within GIPS-SR.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in reporting and analytics.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in business analytics tools, particularly QLIK.
- Proficiency in office productivity tools such as Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate complex findings in a clear and concise manner.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
