Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 6:00pm

Location: Kuala Lumpur

**Responsibilities**:

- To generate CAD or BIM drawings in accordance Clients’ requirement.
- To produce construction and coordination drawings using REVIT MEP & CAD software.
- To produce project drawings such as shop drawings, schematic drawings, sectional drawings, mounting, fabrication & installation details, As-Built drawings, inclusive of all necessary amendment made to construction drawings thru-out the different stages of project implementation.
- Create and update BIM Models based on latest information received from the Client during project implementation and build BIM libraries.
- Export Revit and other formats for collaboration, coordination and team information sharing internally and externally.

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma or Certificate in AutoCAD; REVIT; Electronics, Electrical, IT, Audio Engineering or equivalent.
- Fresh graduate in Revit MEP modelling or with working experience in drafting by using software such as Autocad; Revit MEP and proficient in written and spoken English, Bahasa Malaysia, MS office.
- Ability to attend site coordination with Client, Main Contractor, Architect etc..related to BIM.
- Mature with ability to communicate effectively with people of all level.
- Independent, hardworking with good sense of responsibility.
