Corporate Sales Advisor

**Responsibilities**:
1. Client Acquisition
- Identifying and prospecting potential clients through various channels such as cold calling, networking events, referrals, and online research.
- Conducting presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the company's offerings and value proposition.
2. Sales Strategy Development
- Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Analysing market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth.
3. Relationship Building
- Building and nurturing relationships with existing clients to understand their needs, preferences, and challenges.
- Providing personalized assistance, support, and solutions to clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
4. Negotiation and Closing Deals
- Negotiating terms of sales agreements, contracts, and pricing to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Closing sales transactions by overcoming objections, addressing concerns, and providing persuasive arguments.
5. Sales Presentations and Proposals
- Creating and delivering compelling sales presentations, proposals, and pitches tailored to the needs and interests of prospective clients.
- Highlighting the features, benefits, and unique selling points of products or services to win business.
6. Sales Pipeline Management
- Managing the sales pipeline by tracking leads, opportunities, and deals through various stages of the sales cycle.
- Following up with leads, sending quotations, and maintaining accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems.
7. Market Research and Analysis
- Conducting market research to identify potential markets, industry trends, and customer preferences.
- Analysing sales data, performance metrics, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and strategic growth opportunities.
8. Collaboration with Internal Teams
- Collaborating with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.
- Providing feedback from clients and the market to help improve products, services, and marketing strategies.
9. Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
- Utilizing CRM systems to maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information, sales activities, and communication history.
- Implementing strategies to retain existing customers, upsell additional products or services, and foster long-term relationships.
10. Continuous Learning and Development
- Staying updated on industry trends, sales techniques, and product knowledge to enhance sales effectiveness.
- Participating in sales training programs, workshops, and conferences to improve skills and knowledge.
11. Meeting Sales Targets and Reporting
- Setting and achieving sales targets, quotas, and key performance indicators (KPIs) as outlined by the company.
- Generating regular sales reports, forecasts, and progress updates for management review and strategic planning.
12. Customer Feedback and Satisfaction
- Gathering feedback from clients to understand their satisfaction levels, preferences, and areas for improvement.
- Addressing customer concerns, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a positive overall experience.

4. Solutions-orientated attitude with a desire to progress.
5. Good command of English and good in Malay & Mandarin
6. Experienced or fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
