**Role Description**
The e-commerce seller is responsible for managing online sales through various platforms, ensuring a seamless customer experience, and optimizing revenue opportunities**.**
**Role Responsibilities**
1. **Product Listing and Management**:
- Upload new products to the e-commerce platform(s) with detailed descriptions, images, and pricing.
- Monitor and update existing product listings to ensure accuracy and relevance.
- Optimize product listings for search engines (SEO) to improve visibility.
2. **Order Processing and Fulfillment**:
- Process customer orders promptly and accurately.
- Coordinate with warehouses to ensure timely delivery.
- Handle returns and exchanges efficiently, ensuring customers’ satisfaction.
3. **Customer Service**:
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism.
- Monitor customer reviews and feedback, taking necessary actions to address concerns.
4. **Sales and Marketing**:
- Develop and execute strategies to drive sales and meet revenue targets.
- Analyse sales data and trends to identify opportunities for growth.
5. **Marketplace Management**:
- Manage relationships with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Facebook, Shopee, Lazada) and third-party sellers.
- Stay updated on marketplace policies and guidelines to ensure compliance.
6. **Performance Tracking and Reporting**:
- Track key performance metrics (e.g., sales conversion rates, average order value).
- Generate regular reports on sales performance and trends.
- Use data insights to make informed decisions and adjustments to strategy.
**Role Requirements**
- No experience needed. Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
- Proven experience as an e-commerce seller or in a similar role preferred.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tactics and e-commerce trends.
- Strong understanding of online marketing strategies and SEO principles.
- Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and trends.
- Malaysian who can communicate and write in Mandarin preferred to handle Chinese FB pages and liaise with Chinese speaking business associates.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
