**Sales & Service Consultant - Believe Fitness Pinnacle Sri Petaling**

**Location**: Pinnacle Sri Petaling, Kuala Lumpur

**Job Type**: Full-time

**Salary**: RM2,200+ (Base Salary) + Commission + Incentives

Believe Fitness Pinnacle Sri Petaling is a 24-hour fitness center offering world-class facilities, diverse group classes, and a thriving fitness community. We are looking for a motivated Sales & Service Consultant to help grow our membership base while delivering excellent customer service.

**Responsibilities**:

- Drive gym membership sales through walk-ins, phone inquiries, and online leads.
- Conduct gym tours, explaining membership benefits and packages to potential members.
- Build strong relationships with members and provide excellent customer service.
- Follow up with leads and assist in membership renewals.
- Participate in community outreach, marketing events, and partnership activities.
- Handle operations, including member inquiries.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).

**Requirements**:

- Passionate about fitness, health, and helping others.
- Strong sales and customer service skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a team player.
- Previous experience in sales, fitness, or customer service is a plus.
- Willing to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
