**Job Title: Sales and Service Consultant**

**The Sales and Service Consultant at Peak Fitness plays a vital role in driving membership growth and ensuring an exceptional experience for our clients. This position requires a dynamic individual with a passion for health and fitness, excellent communication skills, and a strong customer service orientation. We are actively looking for someone who has sales experience it would be our number one preferences.**

Key Responsibilities:
**Sales**:
**Actively engage with potential members to promote Peak Fitness memberships and services.**

**Conduct tours of the facility to showcase amenities and available programs.**

**Meet and exceed monthly sales targets through effective lead generation, follow-up, and closing techniques.**

**Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to foster loyalty and retention.**

**Customer Service**:
**Provide exceptional service to members and prospects, addressing inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely manner.**

**Assist members in setting and reaching their fitness goals by promoting relevant programs and services.**

**Create a welcoming and positive environment within the gym to enhance the member experience.**

**Administrative Duties**:
**Maintain accurate records of membership and service agreements.**

**Track and report on sales metrics and customer feedback to management.**

**Assist in organizing and promoting special events and fitness challenges.**

**Team Collaboration**:
**Collaborate with trainers and other staff to ensure seamless communication and delivery of services.**

**Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance sales techniques and product knowledge.**

**Qualifications**:
**High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Fitness Management, or a related field is a plus.**

**Proven experience in sales, customer service, or fitness-related roles.**

**Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with a diverse range of clients.**

**Passion for health, fitness, and helping others achieve their wellness goals.**

**Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.**

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
