**Salary Range**: RM 2,500 - 3,500 (Negotiable based on experience and qualifications)

**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a dynamic and versatile individual to join our team in the role of Sales Officer B2C, As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for a diverse range of tasks that contribute to the seamless operation of our customer service and sales processes. Your primary focus will be on ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service, while also engaging in B2C sales activities. Additionally, you will play a pivotal role in database management, act as a liaison between sales and customer service teams, and actively contribute to the development of internal processes.

As a Customer Service and Sales Specialist with An-Nur Healthcare Sdn Bhd, you will be a vital contributor to our customer-focused and sales-driven initiatives. Your role encompasses a diverse set of responsibilities, ranging from providing excellent customer service and engaging in B2C sales activities to managing databases, acting as a liaison between sales and customer service teams, contributing to internal process development, and executing various customer service activities.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Customer Service**:
b. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and maintain positive customer relationships.

**2. Salesperson B2C**:
a. Actively engage in B2C sales activities, promoting and selling our products/services to potential customers.

b. Meet or exceed assigned sales targets through effective sales techniques.

**3. Database Management Activities**:
a. Manage and update customer databases to ensure accuracy and completeness.

b. Extract relevant data for analysis, reporting, and strategic decision-making.

**4. Liaison for Sales & Customer Service**:
a. Act as a key liaison between the sales and customer service teams, facilitating communication and collaboration.

b. Communicate effectively with licensing and franchising partners to ensure smooth operations.

**5. Internal Process Development Activities**:
a. Contribute to the development and improvement of internal processes to enhance overall efficiency.

b. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and optimize business processes.

**6. Customer Service Activities**:
a. Execute various customer service activities, including surveys, feedback collection, and follow-up communication.

b. Work collaboratively with the operation team to address and resolve customer issues promptly.

**Skills and Proficiencies**:

- Proven experience in customer service and B2C sales.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficient in database management and data analysis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in a customer service and B2C sales role.
- Proficient computer skills, including experience with customer databases.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
- Demonstrated organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- Familiarity with internal process development is a plus.
- Any additional relevant certifications or training in customer service and sales will be an advantage.

**Additional Incentive**:

- Sales officers will receive a commission of 3% on the total booking amount for each successful booking.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
