**Sales Executive**
This position is responsible for driving business growth through proactive sales efforts, building strong client relationships, and managing the full sales process from prospecting to closing. You will collaborate with the marketing and leadership teams to meet sales targets and expand the company’s market reach.

**Responsibilities**:

- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and business partners.
- Develop and deliver persuasive sales presentations tailored to client needs.
- Negotiate and close sales deals that benefit both the client and the company.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align promotional campaigns with sales strategies.
- Input and update lead and deal information in the CRM system.
- Prepare sales reports and market analyses for internal review.
- Provide regular market feedback to support product development and business strategy.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and customer demands.
- Attend trade shows, networking events, and other promotional activities as needed.
- Provide post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Develop short
- and long-term sales strategies.
- Support onboarding and mentoring of new team members in sales processes and approaches.

- Adapt quickly to shifting market demands and internal strategic priorities.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales or similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Confident in presenting and negotiating with decision-makers.
- Results-driven with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Highly motivated, proactive, and positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote work environment.
- Understanding of B2B or B2C sales strategies depending on the company’s industry.
- Willingness to travel for meetings or events as needed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From RM2,000.00 per month
