**1) Reception Duties**:

- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate staff or meeting rooms.
- Answer and transfer incoming phone calls professionally.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier deliveries, and document dispatch.
- Maintain a neat and presentable front desk and reception area.

**2) Administrative Support**:

- Assist the Admin Executive with general office administration tasks.
- Assist Contract Department in incoming and outgoing documents log registeration, and drawings record log update.
- Perform photocopying, scanning, binding, and other clerical duties.

**3) Coordination & Support**:

- Assist in coordinating with site offices on document submissions and logistics.
- Help monitor and track administrative requests or tasks assigned by the Admin Executive/Management

**Job Requirement**

1) SPM / Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent.

2) At least 1 year of experience in an administrative/reception role (construction industry preferred).

3) Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

4) Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

5) Good communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

6) Able to multitask and work under supervision.

7) Friendly, presentable, and a team player.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,300.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
