**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies, with a focus on social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram, to promote the company’s products/services.
- Manage social media accounts, create engaging content, and track performance metrics to improve online visibility.
- Utilize Facebook and Instagram Ads for targeted campaigns, optimizing for reach, engagement, and conversions.
- Plan and execute indoor and outdoor sales activities to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through in-person and online interactions.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer needs.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns. Organize and participate in sales events, trade shows, and exhibitions.
- Take high-quality photos and videos for use in marketing materials and social media campaigns (if applicable).
- Track and report on sales and marketing performance, providing insights for continuous improvement.
- Preferred Chinese, read & write in Chinese Language is a must.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Proven experience in sales and digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing tools Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Photography and video-shoot skills are a strong advantage.
- Willingness to travel for outdoor sales activities and events.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and marketing software/tools.

Pay: RM3,600.00 - RM3,800.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

- Commission pay
