**Job Summary**

We are seeking a skilled Welding Supervisor to join our team. The Welding Supervisor will oversee welding operations, ensure quality standards are met, and lead a team of welders in a manufacturing setting.

**Responsibilities**
- Supervise and coordinate welding activities
- Inspect welds to ensure they meet quality and safety standards
- Train and mentor welding staff
- Read and interpret blueprints for welding projects
- Monitor inventory of welding supplies and equipment
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to meet project deadlines

**Requirements**:

- Proficient in various welding techniques including stick welding
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Experience in fabricating and soldering
- Familiarity with hand tools and mechanical knowledge
- Knowledge of caliper usage for precise measurements
- Previous experience in a construction site environment is a plus
- Forklift operation experience is beneficial

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
