**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, coordinate, and oversee the execution of projects to ensure timely completion within budget and according to quality standards.
- Lead and manage project teams by assigning tasks, setting clear deadlines, and tracking progress.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, deliverables, and resource requirements.
- Maintain effective communication with team members, stakeholders, and management to provide regular updates and address any issues promptly.
- Proactively identify potential project risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize disruption.
- Ensure all project activities comply with company policies, workplace safety guidelines, and relevant industry regulations.
- Monitor and control project budgets and expenditures to maximize cost-efficiency.
- Prepare and present detailed project reports outlining progress, key challenges, and final outcomes to senior management.
- Promote a positive, collaborative, and results-driven team culture throughout the project lifecycle.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or equivalent).
- Proven experience in a similar role as a Project Supervisor, Project Manager, or Team Lead in a project-based environment.
- Solid understanding of project management methodologies, tools (e.g., Gantt charts, MS Project), and best practices.
- Strong leadership and decision-making abilities with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
- High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to challenges quickly and efficiently.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,600.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
