Account and Admin Assistant

1. Diploma / Degree holder in Accounting
2. Working experience : 0 to 2 years (Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply)
3. Having experience in SQL Accounting system will have an added advantage
4. Required language(s): English & Bahasa Malaysia
5. Must be willing to multitask & respond to any ad-hoc task
- _**Job Scope and Responsibilities**:_
- To prepare full set of accounts.
- To maintain an integrated computerized accounting system including cash book, AR, AP, and GL.
- To maintain the relevant internal control system, policies and procedures for core areas of admin and accounting.
- To liaise with auditors, bankers, tax agents, external consultants and suppliers
- To perform any other duties as assigned by the Management from time to time.
- Assist in the preparation of needed documents and certification for Admin & Account Department
**Salary**: From RM1,500.00 per month
