Be available at front desk
- Answering and transferring phone calls
- Scheduling and coordinating interview
- Assisting with conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees
- Preparing Purchase Request for office groceries, office equipment, business card and other related material
- Arrange meals for events, meetings or in-house training
- Assist staff with requests for stationery and uniform needs
- Prepare HR-related reports such as staff monthly claims and daily attendance
- Providing clerical and administrative support to Human Resource Executive
- Perform ad-hoc and administrative tasks as required

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: Up to RM800.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)
