Data visualization specialist is member of the team of analysts in Singapore to deliver and support the APAC wide data initiatives under the purview of GDO (Global Data Operation) department.This role requires an independent self-starter with a strong affinity for numbers and quantitative data as well as leader to drive and manage teh data initiatives. Responsibilities: - Gathering data and reporting releated requirements from business in form of BRD (Business Requirement Document) and finalizing the scope with all the stakeholders. - Writing functional specification documents for offshore COE development team. - Resolving queries by COE on functional specs and ensuring the complete understanding of scope by COE - Reviewing and validating delivery estimations provided by COE for projects/demands - Driving and controlling the delivery from COE in terms of timelines, quality and standards. - Transforming data sets, quantitative and qualitative analysis into compelling visuals. - Adhering to ITSM processes for demand/project delivery - Active monitoring of SLA for run operations of data products - Regular update on progress to all the stakeholders - Arranging UAT and ensuring timely resolution to UAT issues - Conducting trainings and preparaing materials for end users for go-live,POC and Self-BI development - Ensuring the governance model to be followed
