Responsible Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties of the Administrative Assistant include providing support to managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing company’s general administrative activities.
- To handle administrative works in company, go to post office and bank, answer phone calls, buying groceries, monitor company cleanliness, check company vehicle license and renew
- To do documentation and filing
- Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
- Maintain contact lists
- Asist to complie utilities bills, supllier invoice and prepare PRF for payment arrangement
- Provide general support to visitors
- Hostel and canteen administration.
- To administer others general administrative tasks as so instructed by the Company
- Assit in overseeing the maintenance of office facilities and equipment
- Assit in overseeing the maintenance of Company fleet.
- Data entry and record up-dating.
- Assist HOD, Head of Admin and Admin Executive in day-to-day administration tasks
- Performs all other related duties as assigned by the superior from time to time

**Qualification**
- Possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Valid driving license (B2 & D)
- Preferably Entry Level specialized in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bandar Baru Bangi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- STM/STPM (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Administration: 1 year (preferred)
