Perform constructability study during 60% and 90% Engineering stage - Review and study HUC drawing to produce scope of work list - Preparation of the detail scope of work for work pack - Execute cost controlling activities to ensure operational excellence; compliance to relevant policy, regulation and standard; minimize business risk; and meet customers’ requirements. - Lead the Planning and scheduling work coordination with project team as well of client in a particular project assign. - To coordinate with client in preparation of HUC execution plan, planning and monitoring of all pre-commissioning & commissioning activities as per approved procedures and specification - Performing measurement and progress within the allocated time frame responsible for the planning and scheduling packages. - Review & monitor HU&C packages as to updated & advise client and MMHE project team any constraints and outstanding related works so that immediate action can be taken to overcome the problem and avoid any schedule delay - Prepare weekly progress report of all pre-commissioning activities which need to be submitted to project team & client - To assist HOD on preparation of budget for department as a part of M-plan. - Liaise and coordinate with other departments/sections for during preparation of HU&C schedule and plan. - To confirm all activities executed and carried out in accordance to the contract and specification requirement. - To perform other official works as requested by HOD or immediate supervisor. - Provide technical and service to project construction. - Perform other official works as requested by Head of Department or immediate superior.
