**1. Office Administration & Operations**
- Manage day-to-day office operations and general clerical tasks.
- Ensure smooth functioning of office facilities, including procurement of office supplies and equipment.
- Prepare monthly reports on stationery and printer usage.
- Ensure cleanliness and housekeeping standards are maintain.
- Handle all matters related to telecommunications and company cards (Celcom, Petronas, Shell, BHP, etc.).
**2. Licensing & Regulatory Compliance**
- Maintain accurate records and ensure timely renewal of all licenses and permits (e.g., PETRONAS,MOF, CIDB, SPAN, IWK) for the main company and subsidiaries.
- Coordinate with regulatory bodies (e.g., Puspakom, JPJ, APAD) to ensure compliance.
- Monitor and stay updated on licensing regulations, advice management on necessary actions.
- Assist with vendor registration and tender submissions, including documentation, portal updates, and management approvals.
**3. Fleet Management & Reporting**
- Monitor and ensure timely renewal of vehicle-related documents (road tax, inspections, licenses, and insurance).
- Arrange maintenance and repair services for breakdown vehicles and ensure adherence to HSE standards and client specifications.
- Act as the contact point for vehicle related queries.
- Generate monthly reports on vehicle maintenance and usage, petrol and diesel mileage, usage of Shell, Petronas, and BHP fuel cards, as well as Celcom overuse deductions.
**4. Assist in other tasks as requested by the Management.**
Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- On call
- Weekend jobs
