Achieve your ambitions - join us at JLL **About the Client** The relationship with this large Global Semiconductor Manufacturing Client started in 2009. Recently JLL and the client together decided to adopt a Vested, relational contract model for Asia and EMEA combined. As a large client in Asia, the portfolio is 15M sqft, in 6 large sites covering factory and R&D operations, with 800+ staff on JLL’s payroll and >2,300 dedicated vendor staff. IFM is the main service, where we execute the majority of FM services, technical and non-technical. We execute a significant volume of small construction projects, on top of selected major construction projects, as well as lease transactions. The expectations from this role are to deliver on the shared vision: - Fearlessly deliver consistent industry leading customer experience, operational excellence, and value to shape a better world. - Implement the 4th generation vested contract - Manage and support the significant (30%+) growth that the client (and hence JLL) is going through. - Grow the business in new areas, such as Energy & Sustainability, Space optimization / OP, Smart Buildings - Support the client’s CSR and Sustainability agenda - Build a culture of belonging to create a workplace where everyone can contribute to the full potential and delivery their best work. **Role Purpose** Responsible for leading a JLL client account with a focus on Client, People & Growth. This includes leading a strong People agenda ensuring an engaged workforce and a positive culture with a focus on wellbeing and health and safety. This Account is a large Enterprise account with multiple service lines being delivered across multiple countries in the APAC region. **Role Summary** **_Strategy and Account Management - ** - Contribute and execute on the vision and strategy of the JLL business. - Develop and implement an account transformation plan and ensure alignment with client objectives. - Be accountable for the profit, loss and growth of the assigned account. - Be responsible for supporting the account in the region/geo/country by working with the local account teams and local clients. - Work closely with the EMEA team on global initiatives and programs - Work with our enablement organization to implement the agreed account management practices. - Provide feedback to the Product organization on the performance and gaps, if any on various Products and suggest improvements from on field and client feedback. **_Client Relationship Management - ** - Ability to extract and translate customer expectations into innovative strategic initiatives - Ability to convince stakeholders based on data, challenges in a constructive manner - Balance the needs of both client and JLL - Exhibit result orientation **_Transformational Improvement - ** - Unlock opportunities for account growth and work with the account team and/or Sales organization to convert these opportunities. - Drive the creation and delivery of the strategic improvement roadmap - Promote continuous improvement & Innovation - Act as a role model for a proactive and ownership focused mind-set **_Lead & Deliver - ** - Create a high-performing, integrated team who are committed to delivering exceptional client results. - Deliver to the client budget. - Realize the transformation program on-time - Exceed the Desired Outcomes every year - Promote open, constructive and collaborative relations with clients, superiors, subordinates and peers - Build strong and successful strategic partnerships between client and JLL, on - and off the direct team **Skills** **_Client Focus - ** - Determined to exceed client expectations, increasing the Net Promoter Score - Proactively solicits and responds to feedback and input from client - Establishes and maintains effective relationships with key stakeholders and Business Unit leaders by gaining trust and respect **_Results Driven - ** - Ability to translate the account plan into a solid delivery model - Measures the relevant data (financial, environmental, performance) and uses the data appropriately to reassess, adjust, expand or curtail - Takes corrective action quickly and decisively when performance falls short of expectation or when redirection is required **_Natural Coa
