**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Execute the plan and set up the Paid - Advertising Campaign as required from the beginning to the end of the campaign period (Eg. Facebook Advertising, Google Ads, Tiktok Ads, Twitter Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
- Generating results needed for the campaign, such as awareness, leads, sales, etc.
- Testing variations of ads to determine the best performing and scale up the winning ads.
- Measure and optimize the campaigns using vendor-specific dashboards, Google Analytics, and marketing analytic reports.
- Prepare and present accurate reports on the campaign’s overall performance and other required relevant reports.
- Collaborating with internal departments to facilitate client need fulfillment and improve marketing result.
- Create digital marketing campaigns.
- Ensure consistency in the brand messaging.
- Work with the sales team to coordinate marketing campaigns.
- Launch promotional offers and events to attract new customers.
- Optimize the business website to increase online traffic.
- Follow best practices for social media marketing on different platforms.
- Conduct regular audits for social media and website marketing performance.
- Maintain and monitor online listings across various e-commerce platforms.
- Track marketing metrics and analyze digital data to measure marketing success.
- Other ad-hoc task given, if any.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Possess at least Diploma / Degree in any field.
- Fresh graduate encourage to apply
- Experience in digital advertising.
- Computer literate.
- Strong numerical & analytical skills.
- Good communication and written in - Mandarin, English & Bahasa Malaysia.
- Responsible.
- Excellent writing skills and verbal communication abilities.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask and manage multiple projects.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Capable of identifying, attracting and engaging target audiences.
- Up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing trends and developments.
- Creative in devising informative, engaging and motivational digital campaigns.
- Experience with leading and managing social media marketing campaigns.
- Ability to use SEO, SEM and marketing databases for promotional purposes.
- Understanding of landing pages optimisation, user funnels and A/B testing.
- Proficiency in using website analytics tools, ad serving tools and marketing software.
- Basic programming experience in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is an advantage.
