**Position: Tour Operations Executive**
**Location**: Menara Summit, USJ (Main Office)
- (Optional workspace: SetiaWalk Puchong or Bangsar South branch - upon request)_
**Working Hours**:
Monday-Thursday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Office)
Friday-Saturday: Work from Anywhere (Hybrid Flex)

As a **Tour Operations Executive**, you’ll be the key person ensuring every Skytravel2u trip runs smoothly — from ticketing to itinerary planning.
You’ll work closely with **Sector Coordinators** (who liaise with ground operators abroad) and report directly to the Director for trip planning and execution.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Coordinate with **Sector Coordinators (SC)** to collect quotations, hotel & transport details, and ground operation updates.
- Handle **flight ticketing**, including group bookings, changes, and communication with airlines.
- Create and prepare **travel packages** for private or customized clients.
- Conduct **market studies** and destination research to support Skytravel2u’s upcoming **Company Trip Calendar**.
- Prepare and propose new destinations, seasonal trip options, and cost estimates for management approval.
- Collaborate with the **Operation Finance Officer** to ensure cost accuracy and profitability for each trip.
- Coordinate closely with the **Sales & Marketing Officer** to ensure promotional information is correct and updated.
- Maintain all operational records, itineraries, and contracts systematically.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree in Tourism Management, Hospitality, or Business.
- 2-4 years of experience in tour operations, ticketing, or travel coordination.
- Strong knowledge of group flight bookings, ground arrangements, and costing.
- Excellent communication & coordination skills.
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, and proactive problem solver.
- Willing to travel for project assignments when required.

**Compensation & Benefits**
- **Salary**: RM3,000/month (EPF + SOCSO + EIS)
- **Project Bonus**: RM200-RM500 per completed trip
- **Hybrid Flexibility**: Work-from-anywhere on Fridays & Saturdays
- **Career Growth**: Opportunity to advance to **Operations Lead / Senior Executive** after 6 months based on performance

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Up to RM3,000.00 per month
