**Job Title**: Account Officer
**Department**: Finance & Accounts Department
**Reports To**: Finance & Account Manager

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Invoicing & Billing**:

- Ensure timely issuance and distribution of invoices.

**2. Credit and Debit Note Management**:

- Process and record Credit Notes (CN) and Debit Notes (DN).
- Prepare and update Goods Return Notes accurately.

**3. E-Invoice Maintenance**:

- Maintain debtor records by collecting and updating e-invoice details based on customer feedback.
- Submit consolidated e-invoices to LHDN (including invoices and CNs) by the 7th of each month.

**3. Debtor Management**:

- Maintain accurate debtor information and follow up on missing or incomplete data.
- Assist in reconciliation of debtor accounts.

**3. Documentation & Reporting**:

- Organize and maintain supporting documents, records, and digital links for easy reference.
- Provide necessary reports and updates to management as required.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in accounting or finance roles (fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are encouraged to apply).
- Familiarity with invoicing, debtor management, and e-invoice systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, accounting software, and Google Workspace.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
