Account Officer

**Responsibilities**:
- Handle account receivable, account payable, general ledger and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, invoices and payment vouchers.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Assist on daily operations and document filing of the Accounts Departments.
- Prepare management reports, accounting schedules and support audit processes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards and statutory requirements eg. SST and E-invoicing.
- Any ad-hoc tasks as required by management from time to time.
**Requirements**:
- At least 2 years working experience in the related field is required in this position or more of related working experience.
- Preferably with knowledge of MS Office and knowledge of Auto Count and SQL is an added advantage.
- Able to meet tight deadlines and work independently.
- Good analytical and problem solving skills.
- Few Full-Time position(s) available.
- Fresh graduates are also encourage to apply.
- Immediate available is highly preferred.
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
