We are now looking for passionate Sales & Printing Consultant Manager to join us

The Sales & Printing Consultant Manager oversees the sales operations and client consultation for printing solutions. This role combines leadership, business development, and technical printing knowledge to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage the sales team to meet monthly and annual sales targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to printing industry clients.
- Identify new business opportunities and maintain relationships with key accounts.
- Act as a key advisor for clients on printing solutions, materials, formats, and costs.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend customized print solutions.
- Prepare and present professional proposals and quotations.
- Coordinate with production teams to ensure project deadlines and quality standards are met.
- Monitor job progress from quotation to delivery.
- Manage workflow and ensure alignment between sales and production departments.
- Stay up to date on printing technologies, trends, and competitors.
- Train team members on product knowledge and consultative selling techniques.
- Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and performance reviews.
- Analyze sales data to improve strategy and identify growth areas.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the printing or related industry.
- Strong understanding of digital and offset printing technologies.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple client projects and deadlines.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
