We are now looking for passionate Sales Chat Specialist to join us

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and approach potential customers to promote printing services.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable printing products (e.g., flyers, brochures, packaging, large-format prints).
- Prepare and present cost estimates, quotations, and proposals.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain a pipeline of prospects.
- Advise clients on material selection, print methods (digital, offset, screen), sizing, and finishing options.
- Suggest cost-effective and high-quality solutions tailored to project needs.
- Process sales orders and ensure accurate documentation.
- Coordinate with internal production teams to monitor print job progress.
- Ensure timely delivery and resolve any client concerns or issues.
- Stay updated on printing technologies, materials, and industry trends.
- Understand competitor offerings and contribute to service improvement.
- 2 years of experience in sales for service-based industries, building and maintaining long-term client relationships.
- Skilled in planning, coordinating, and executing corporate and marketing events (e.g., product launches, seminars, roadshows).
- Achieved and exceeded monthly sales targets through effective communication and negotiation strategies.
- Provided tailored service proposals based on client needs.
- Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to budget and deadlines.
- Experienced in collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Experience in sales or customer service (preferably in printing or advertising industries).
- Basic knowledge of printing processes and materials.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask under deadlines.

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

Work Location: In person

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
