We are now looking for passionate Sales Chat Specialist to join us

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to clients in the printing industry and other service-based projects.
- Manage sales activities across **WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, website**, and other digital platforms.
- Handle **telemarketing** and **B2B (Business-to-Business)** sales, including tender submissions.
- Conduct the full sales cycle — from telemarketing to in-person meetings with prospective clients, as required.
- Assess customer needs and recommend customized printing and service solutions.
- Prepare and deliver professional proposals, quotations, and presentations.
- Oversee job progress from quotation to delivery, ensuring quality and client satisfaction.
- Coordinate workflow and maintain close collaboration between sales and production teams.
- Keep up to date with printing technologies, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Prepare regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and strategic reviews.
- Analyze sales data to optimize strategies and identify business growth opportunities.
- Deliver excellent customer service to maintain strong, long-term relationships.
- Willing to work on projects outside standard working hours when required.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Strong passion for sales, with the drive to meet and exceed targets.
- In-depth product knowledge in printing and related services.
- Professional appearance with a pleasant and engaging personality.
- Open to feedback and committed to continuous improvement.
- Solid marketing skills, with the ability to identify and target specific audiences.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Able to work independently with mínimal supervision and as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow with the company.
- Capable of managing multiple client projects and meeting deadlines.
- Age below 40 years old.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
