We are now looking for passionate Sales & Printing Consultant Manager to join us

The Sales & Printing Consultant Officer oversees the sales operations and client consultation for printing solutions. This role combines leadership, business development, and technical printing knowledge to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to printing industry clients.
- Sales start from telemarketing to offline meeting with prospect client refer to situation.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend customized print solutions.
- Prepare and present professional proposals and quotations.
- Monitor job progress from quotation to delivery.
- Manage workflow and ensure alignment between sales and production departments.
- Stay up to date on printing technologies, trends, and competitors.
- Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and performance reviews.
- Analyze sales data to improve strategy and identify growth areas.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Proven passion for sales with a strong drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Professional appearance and a pleasant, engaging attitude when dealing with clients.
- Willing to accept feedback positively and continuously improve performance.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both spoken and written English and Bahasa.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Able to work independently with mínimal supervision and as part of a team.
- Willing to learn and growth with the company.
- Ability to manage multiple client projects and deadlines.
- Age below 40 years old.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
