**Customer Service**
Berurusan dengan pelanggan secara langsung dengan menjawab panggilan telefon dan e-mel. Perlu berfikir dengan cepat dan kreatif dalam interaksi ini untuk memberikan imej jenama yang baik dan perkhidmatan pelanggan yang hebat.
Menerima pesanan melalui telefon, e-mel atau pos, yang mereka balas dan proses dengan sewajarnya. Adalah penting bahawa pesanan diproses tepat pada masanya dan dijadualkan supaya pelanggan tahu bila mereka akan menerima pesanan mereka.
Jika pelanggan menghadapi masalah dengan produk atau pesanan mereka, pentadbir perkhidmatan pelanggan mengendalikannya secara profesional dan sopan. Kemahiran perkhidmatan pelanggan yang kukuh adalah penting untuk bahagian peranan ini.
Maklumkan pelanggan tentang harga, diskaun dan proses pembayaran.
Mengira dan membuat report pembayaran bagi komisyen pelanggan.
Memeriksa ketersediaan stok barangan.
Menyelaras dengan jualan dan jabatan lain yang sesuai dalam memproses pesanan.
Berinteraksi dengan bahagian Akaun berkenaan pembayaran.
Mengekalkan dan mengemas kini pangkalan data pelanggan.
Membuat dan mengeluarkan DO dan Invoice.
**Pentadbiran Pejabat**
Menguruskan urusan surat-menyurat, membuat draf dan menaip surat untuk ditandatangan oleh majikan.
Menyimpan dokumen penting dalam fail, merekodkan, menyediakan, mengisihkan, mengelaskan, dan memfailkan maklumat.
Menjaga kebersihan, mencatit dan menguruskan peralatan pejabat
Menjawab panggilan telefon dan menyambungkan kepada orang berkenaan
Membuat fotokopi dan memfaksimile dokumen.
Megeluarkan memo dan notis berkaitan kepada CPU dan pelanggan
Membuat SOP bagi memudahkan kerja pentadbiran pejabat dalam permohonan dan sebagainya.
Melaksanakan tugasan ad hoc dan mana-mana tugasan pentadbiran lain apabila diarahkan.
**Menguruskan Permohonan Dokumen Berkaitan (Kerajaan)**
Lesen-lesen berkaitan Sijil Halal Malaysia & daripada supplier.
E-Perolehan (Geran/Sijil Kewangan/Sijil Bumiputera)
Lesen berkaitan Majlis (Bandaraya/Perbandaran)
Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
Schedule:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Customer Care Specialist: 1 year (preferred)
**Language**:
- Bahasa (preferred)
