**Responsibilities**:
1. **Operational Oversight**:

- Provide comprehensive operational support to various business functions.
- Collaborate with department heads to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Streamline processes to enhance efficiency and reduce operational bottlenecks.

2. **Cross-Functional Coordination**:

- Act as a liaison between different departments, fostering effective communication and collaboration.
- Ensure alignment of business support activities with organizational goals and objectives.

3. **Project Management & Change Management**:

- Manage and coordinate various projects within the organization.
- Collaborate with project teams to define project scopes, timelines, and deliverables.
- Ensure projects are executed on time and within budget.

4. **Policy Development and Implementation**:

- Develop and implement policies and procedures to support business operations.
- Regularly review and update policies to ensure compliance with regulations and industry best practices.

5. **Vendor Management**:

- Evaluate and manage relationships with external vendors and service providers.

6. **Data Analysis and Reporting**:

- Analyze relevant data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
- Prepare regular reports for senior management to support decision-making processes.

7. **Training and Development**:

- Develop training programs to enhance the skills of business support staff.
- Provide ongoing coaching and mentorship to team members.

8. **Risk Management**:

- Identify and assess potential risks to business operations.
- Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to safeguard organizational interests.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Ability to adapt to new work assignments, flexibility, and willingness to work effectively in a cross-functional setting

**Salary**: RM8,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
