**Main Duties and Responsibilities**:

- **Key Account Management**

Serve as the main liaison for assigned Modern Trade accounts (hyper, super & CVS), building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships to ensure mutual business growth.
- **Sales Strategy Execution**

Develop and implement tailored sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, drive volume growth, and increase market share within the modern trade channel.
- **Joint Business Planning**

Lead the creation and execution of account-specific business plans, including sales forecasts, trade spend, promotional calendars, and category growth initiatives.
- **Promotion & Merchandising Management**

Plan, execute, and evaluate in-store promotions and merchandising activities to enhance brand visibility and drive sell-out performance.
- **Market & Category Insight**

Analyze market trends, category performance, shopper behavior, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and guide strategic decisions.
- **Stakeholder Engagement**

Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including buyers, category managers, and store operations teams, to secure alignment and support for key initiatives.
- **Sales & KPI Performance Monitoring**

Track account performance, analyze sales and margin reports, and provide actionable insights to ensure targets are met and gaps are addressed promptly.
- **Operational Excellence & Issue Resolution**

Proactively manage day-to-day operational matters, resolving issues such as order fulfillment, stock availability, and billing discrepancies to ensure seamless account servicing.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM7,700.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
