**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide strategic leadership and direction to the **General Affairs & Logistics Department**.
- Develop, implement, and monitor policies and procedures for administration, logistics, and facilities.
- Oversee transportation, warehousing, inventory management, and supply chain coordination.
- Manage facility operations, including maintenance, safety, and security.
- Lead and mentor a team across general affairs, administration, and logistics functions.
- Review and negotiate contracts for vendors, leases, and third-party service providers.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, labor laws, and internal company policies.
- Organize corporate events, visits, and internal communication activities.
- Collaborate with senior management to align operational goals with company strategy.
- Drive efficiency, cost control, and process improvement across departments.
- Manage budgets, reporting, and KPI tracking for performance and cost management.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **15 years of experience** in General Affairs, Logistics, or Administrative Management.
- At least **5 years in a senior managerial role** overseeing large teams and complex operations.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Experience in **manufacturing, industrial, or large-scale project environments**.
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth understanding of **ISO, 6S, and TPM** practices.
