Job Responsibilities:

- To grow ASEAN (Philippines, Cambodia, Myanmar, Brunei) market
- Work closely with customers to enhance and build strong, long-lasting distributors’ relationships to Deliver assigned sales targets across geographies.
- Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
- Develop, source and execute plans for new customers and channel base
- Design promotions and drive marketing activities to increase customer reach and increase brand visibility and Sales growth.
- Collaborate with the Product Managers and Technical Team to address customer requirement
- Attend exhibitions/meetings abroad to represent LEDVANCE and its products with solutions
- Provide timely strategies advisory/technical support/training to customers
- To support and handle all facets of customers’ relationships
- Plan joint activities with channel partners in support of business requirements
- Collaborate with other business units for project pursuits related to targeted segments
- Performs analysis on competitive landscape and provides recommendations on improving product sales and being resourceful in providing the most appropriate solutions.

Job Requirements:

- Minimum 5 years of relevant sales experience in key account management in consumer electronics products, trade/retail/distribution/channel management business
- Minimum 2 years of working experience with international teams
- Experience in overseas markets is an added advantage
- At least a Diploma or Degree in Electrical & Mechanical Engineering
- Motivated and committed self-starter willing to roll up your sleeves and get things done as reporting manager will be based in a different country.
- Adept at quick decision-making in an environment with changing priorities.
- Strong Technical knowledge along with Proficient Sales Skills and Problem solving capabilities.
- Team player and results-oriented individual to drive assigned sales targets with mínimal supervision.
- Proficient in product sales, trade channels, distribution management and project and tender management
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
- Proficient in English and Chinese language
- Good presentation skills and analytical mindset
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Able to work under pressure
- Able to travel extensively (50-70%)

Pay: RM5,500.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
