**The company**:
The Deemples team is lean and independent. Our team works remotely across the Kuala Lumpur area, connected by tools that keep workflow progress and communications fluid, building and marketing great technology that improves the golfing experience for both golfers and golf clubs.

**What you will do**

We are searching for digital native with a strong technical background who are excited about the consumer journey, learning about SEO best practices and building out end-to-end promotional campaigns that excite, affiliate marketing, entertain and deliver value to our target market, utilizing skills across content marketing, promotional activities, social media and SEO. This should be an individual with a proven track record in the field, with a deep understanding of user experience and marketing strategy.

**Responsibilities**:

- Take responsibility for scheduling, managing and growing social channels, growing communities
- Develop KPIs for the business and report on these
- Assist on development of campaign ideation on paid and organic campaigns
- Website updates (homepage imagery, copy, blogs)
- Influencer engagement and PR activity
- Reporting on data and insights, including some analysis
- Ad hoc support across the wider business as required
- Identify the latest trends and technologies affecting our industry.
- Evaluate important metrics that affect our website traffic, service quotas, and target audience.
- Work with your team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies.
- Plan and manage our social media platforms.

**Requirements**:

- Good written English
- A minimum of 2 years experience in a digital marketing or advertising position.
- In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics.
- Implement, manage, and analyse data from Google tags/FB pixels.
- Familiar with WordPress tools and plug-ins.
- Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.
- Understand SEO.
- Understand affiliate marketing.
