**Job Summary**

Job Summary As the Branding and Procurement Team Lead in a mobile phone company, you will play a crucial role in managing and enhancing the company's brand identity and overseeing the procurement process for materials and resources needed in the production and promotion of mobile phones. Your leadership will be essential in ensuring brand consistency, cost-effectiveness, and sustainable supplier relationships.

**Job description**
- Develop and implement a comprehensive branding strategy aligned with the company's goals.
- Ensure consistent branding across all marketing materials, products, and digital channels
- Manage relationships with existing suppliers to ensure on-time delivery and quality control
- Provide insights and recommendations to optimize sales processes, pricing strategies, and customer acquisition.
- Manage stock inventory and monitoring stock levels
- Ensure timely replenishment on stock
- Set clear objective, monitor performance and provide regular feedback to team members.
- Prepare regular reports on branding and procurement performance, including cost savings, supplier performance.
- Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and drive improvements

**Required Skills and Experiences**:

- Diploma in business administration, marketing, supply chain management, or a related field
- Proven experience in branding, marketing, and procurement, preferably in the mobile phone industry.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
- Familiarity with branding principles and marketing strategies.
- Strong negotiation and contract management abilities.
- Knowledge of procurement best practices and supply chain management
- Able to work independently under mínimal supervision and work as part of a team.
