As the Business Operations Executive, you will be a pivotal figure in ensuring the seamless operation and alignment of our marketing and sales departments with the broader organizational goals. This role demands a highly organized, proactive individual who thrives in managing diverse tasks ranging from strategic planning to everyday operational activities.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Team Coordination and Management**: Act as the principal liaison between the management team and the marketing & sales departments. Manage and optimize schedules, coordinate meetings, and facilitate internal communications to maintain alignment with the company’s strategic objectives.

**Report Preparation and Analysis**: Regularly compile, update, and maintain detailed weekly reports on sales and marketing metrics, analyzing performance data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and align with business goals.

**Operational Support**: Provide critical support in formulating and executing marketing strategies and sales initiatives. Ensure all team members are equipped with the necessary resources and direction to achieve their goals effectively.

**Errand Management**: Undertake a variety of operational tasks as required, including document delivery, procurement of supplies, and other supportive activities essential for the smooth functioning of company operations.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in an operational or executive support role, ideally within a marketing/sales environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with a proven ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively across all levels of an organization.
- Proficiency in office software, including Microsoft Office Suite

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From RM3,000.00 per month
