**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Marketing Strategy**:

- Assist in planning and implementing effective marketing campaigns across various channels.
- Monitor industry trends and market activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Develop innovative ideas to improve brand positioning and customer outreach.
- **Content Creation**:

- Collaborate with the design team to produce visually appealing marketing materials.
- **Digital Marketing**:

- Manage social media accounts and develop strategies to grow online presence.
- Optimize digital campaigns through data analysis and insights to maximize ROI.
- Utilize SEO/SEM strategies to enhance website traffic and visibility.
- **Event Coordination**:

- Assist in organizing promotional events, product launches, and campaigns.
- Coordinate influencer collaborations and manage related partnerships.
- **Performance Analysis**:

- Track, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
- Use insights from data to refine strategies and improve campaign performance.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
- 2+ years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in e-commerce or retail.
- Proficiency in social media platforms, digital marketing tools, and analytics.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Creative mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite or Canva is a plus.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
