**Marketing Strategy & Planning**: Contribute to the development and execution of marketing plans and strategies, translating high-level strategies into actionable tactical plans.
- **Event Management**: Plan and execute a variety of marketing events, including exhibitions, book fairs, seminars, and in-store and online promotions. Manage all logístical aspects, from planning and setup to on-site execution.
- **Marketing Materials Development**: Collaborate with designers to create a range of marketing materials (both digital and print) for sales teams, online retailers, partners, and e-commerce platforms.
- **Stakeholder Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with key external stakeholders, including media agencies, government and non-government organizations, and dealers/distributors.
- **Dealer/Distributor Support**: Develop and distribute marketing materials to support dealers, partners, and distributors in their online, in-store, and event-based sales efforts. Manage inventory and stock of marketing materials.
- **Digital Marketing & social media**: Manage content creation, scheduling, and posting across assigned social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram). Monitor social media activity, respond to comments and queries, update information, and conduct/moderate live streaming sessions.
- **Team Collaboration**: Delegate tasks, provide updates, and collaborate effectively with the marketing team on creative projects and events.
- **Logistics & Administration**: Assist with logistics, printing, and setup for marketing events.

Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Public Relations, Mass Communication, Advertising/Media, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing or education.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Proficiency in Mandarin is required.
- Willingness to travel within Malaysia.
- Flexibility to work on weekends and public holidays as needed.
- Must be willing to work in Bandar Baru Bangi.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
