**Foreign Worker Mobility Coordinator - JD**
- Ensure all legal documentations related to Direct Labor (DL) Foreign Workers is maintained and processed
- Organize and maintain all Foreign Worker files, records, and correspondence relating to the mobility matters (includes documents of a routine and confidential nature)
- Monitor and partner with third party vendor managing immigration and global mobility to ensure proper set-up, ongoing maintenance, and closure of mobility matters.
- Coordinate with internal teams for monthly accruals, budgeting and invoice processing
- Monitor employee repatriation requirements, including scheduling and coordinating required benefits to the foreign worker, and communications to business leaders
- Point of Contact for audit related activities
- Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization to promote and educate leadership on global mobility
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1-2 years of experience in HR, global mobility, immigration, or foreign worker administration
- Basic understanding of employment laws, immigration regulations, and work permit processes for foreign workers.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information securely.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and leadership.
- Basic knowledge of HR systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to handle employee queries and mobility-related issues.
