Responsibilities:

- Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues, and assist with IT-related inquiries.
- Manage and maintain the organization's network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.
- Oversee the setup, configuration, and maintenance of servers and other IT systems, ensuring they run efficiently and securely.
- Security Management: Implement and enforce IT security policies, including access controls, data backups, and antivirus measures, to safeguard company data and infrastructure.
- Manage and maintain databases, ensuring data integrity, backup, and recovery procedures are in place.
- Assist in procuring and maintaining hardware, software, and IT-related equipment, ensuring they meet the organization's requirements.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation on IT processes, procedures, and system configurations.
- Interact with IT vendors for support, maintenance, and software licensing.
- Assist in planning and implementing IT projects, ensuring they are completed within budget and timeline.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures.
- Stay informed about the latest IT trends and technologies and make recommendations for their potential implementation within the organization.
- Ensure data backups are performed regularly and develop and test disaster recovery plans.
- Monitor system performance, network connectivity, and security logs to identify and resolve issues proactively.
- Work with cross-functional teams, including IT staff, management, and end-users, to address IT-related challenges and requirements.
- Ensure the organization adheres to relevant IT regulations, data protection laws, and security standards.
- Assist in managing the IT budget and expenditures effectively.

**Requirements**:

- A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field is often preferred.
- Previous experience in IT support, system administration, or a related IT role is typically required.
- Having relevant IT certifications, such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP), or Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), can be advantageous.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential to interact with end-users and convey technical information effectively.
- IT Executives must be skilled at analyzing and resolving technical issues promptly and efficiently.
- Experience in managing IT projects, including planning, coordination, and execution, is beneficial.
- IT Executives often interact with end-users and employees. A customer-centric approach and a willingness to help are important.
- A solid understanding of IT security principles and best practices is crucial to protect the organization's data and systems.
- The ability to analyze IT-related data and make data-driven decisions is valuable for IT Executives.
- IT Executives often work in collaboration with various departments and teams, so being a team player is essential.
- Strong time management skills are necessary to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Fresh graduates are welcome.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,700.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
