**ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES**

**Content Creation and Curation**
- Develop, create, and manage engaging digital content across all social media platforms
- Plan and execute a content calendar to ensure consistent and timely posting of high-quality content.
- Collaborate with graphic designer/photographers/ videographers to produce visually appealing content.

**Social Media Strategy Development**
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and traffic.
- Identify trends, insights, and social media developments to optimise content and strategy.

**Offline Marketing Activities**
- Plan, coordinate, and execute offline marketing events such as consumer fairs, roadshows, and other events to showcase Voovoo's brand and products.
- Develop marketing materials and strategies to support offline marketing efforts.
- Collaborate with event organizers, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure successful execution of events.

**Community Management**
- Monitor, listen, and respond to users in a timely and engaging manner.
- Foster and grow online communities by encouraging user-generated content and managing community events.

**Partnership and Collaboration**
- Identify and engage with potential influencers and brand ambassadors to expand reach and engagement.
- Collaborate with tenants and other stakeholders for joint promotions and events.

**Analytics and Reporting**
- Track and analyze social media metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns.
- Prepare monthly reports to showcase social media performance and insights.

**Marketing and Promotion**
- Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns to drive online traffic, footfalls and sales.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to align social media activities with overall omnichannel marketing goals.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS**
- Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in managing social media platforms for brands or businesses.
- Strong understanding of current trends, tools, and techniques in digital and social media marketing.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in graphic design and video editing tools is a plus.
- Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.

**REMUNERATION & BENEFITS**
- RM3,500 - RM4,500 of basic salary (Remuneration package commensurate with experience and qualification)
- Statutory Contribution: EPF + SOCSO + EIS + Annual Leaves + Staff Benefits

**WORKING HOUR**:
Monday - Friday; 8.00am-5.00pm

**WORKING LOCATION**:
Kelana Business Center, Petaling Jaya

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
