**Responsibilities**:
- Prepare and review bank reconciliations.
- Check payments from merchant card companies and e-commerce platforms.
- Manage suppliers and payment processes.
- Issue customer invoices and follow up on payments.
- Communicate and collaborate with outsourced accountants.
- Handle general administrative tasks.
**Requirements**:
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Well-organized with great attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Experience working with external or outsourced partners is an advantage.
**Working Hours**:
Monday to Friday: 8:30am - 5:30pm
Saturday: 8:30am - 12:30pm
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,700.00 per month
