Responsible for monthly preparation include review of new, modification or termination of lease agreements and perform lease accounting transactions in the lease accounting systems.
- Perform monthly financial close process and prepare monthly activities include journal entries posting in the accounting system.
- Preparation of lease related schedules and balance sheet account reconciliations.
- Coordination with management and various department to obtain data necessary to perform lease related transactions.
- Maintain updated documentation and establish controls to ensure leases are recorded on a timely basis.
- Liaise with tax agent, auditors, and authorities on related job matter.
- Any other ad hoc assignment assigns by the superior from time to time.

**Requirements**:

- Required skill(s): MS Excel, MS Word.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.
- At least 2 years of tax or leasing experience
- Meticulous, possess initiative to learn, and able to work with mínimal supervision
- Good knowledge in using computerised accounting software and Microsoft Office
- Able to meet deadlines and work in a fast pace environment
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Applicants must be willing to work in Kawasan Perindustrian Balakong.
- Preferably Executives specializing in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
