Deal Desk Coordinator

**What you will do?**
This individual will be reporting to **Deal Desk Coordinator** and be responsible for supporting our Sales team through creating, reviewing, and verifying details around the signed agreements. This Coordinator will support the deal process by receiving pre-approval from internal teams concerning orders and pricing; providing account management support; and responding to internal inquiries across all markets in ADA.
- Operate in a regional role as internal helpdesk support for the day-to-day aspects of deal approvals through SFDC as follow the company approval process.
- Verifying the incoming deals creating on SFDC, including but not limited to: confirming customer signed contract of deals, customer billing information and customer purchase orders.
- Supporting Sales team to create opportunity on SFDC, to ensure that opportunity deals are filled properly, structuring and bookings related products, quotes creation and in alignment with customer signed contract of deals which also include amendments that reflect budget modification, details adjustment and add-ons which may include verify the payment reference documents and billing purpose.
- Work with Sales team, Accounting to ensure opportunity details are documented properly and ready for billing process.
- Work closely with Finance to ensure all deals are accurate closing on SFDC and compliant with internal policies
**What skills and experience you will need?**
- You have minimum of 6 months to a year of experience in Operations/ Salesforce Related activities/ Supply chain.
- Degree in Operations or Professional Qualification.
- Knowledge on Salesforce will be an advantage.
- Expert proficiency in Excel and Power Point is required.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with varied groups to deliver result.
