Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Campaign Operation Executive. We are looking for a meticulous and tech-savvy Campaign Executive to join our growing remote team. The Campaign Operation Executive will be responsible for the setup, trafficking, monitoring, and optimization of digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. This role requires strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and the ability to ensure campaign accuracy and performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute and manage campaign setup, trafficking, and QA across programmatic, social, and display platforms.
- Upload and validate creative assets, ad tags, tracking links, and pixels to ensure proper implementation.
- Monitor campaign delivery and performance daily; identify discrepancies or technical issues and troubleshoot promptly.
- Optimize campaigns based on performance data to achieve KPIs (CTR, CPM, CPC, CPA).
- Coordinate with the account and media teams to ensure campaign objectives, targeting, and budgets are accurately reflected.
- Generate weekly performance reports and highlight insights or optimization opportunities.
- Maintain campaign documentation, trackers, and post-launch audits to ensure operational accuracy.
- Support ad hoc tasks, internal audits, and ongoing platform updates or integrations as assigned.
- Assist in maintaining ad platform certifications and testing new media tools or features.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in digital ad operations, campaign management, or programmatic buying (fresh graduates with strong technical aptitude are encouraged to apply).
- Familiarity with major advertising platforms China platforms such as Baidu, Weibo, WeChat).
- Proficient in English writing and excellent in Chinese language (Simplified & Traditional) is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of campaign metrics and tracking (impressions, clicks, CTR, conversions).
- Detail-oriented and organized; able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously with accuracy.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and draw actionable insights.
- Basic Excel/Google Sheets proficiency; familiarity with ad tracking tools and pixel setup is an advantage.
- Proactive learner who can adapt to new systems and processes quickly.
- Self-starter, able to work independently, able to get hands dirty.
- Passionate about latest online advertising technologies in both international & China.
- Ability to adapt to a remote work environment
