**Job Requirements**
- Preferably, former training managers from a Retail, Hospitality, Service, Food & Beverage Services Management, Culinary or related industry.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Taman Mayang, Petaling Jaya.
- Applicants must be willing to travel for work (responsible to oversee training for our outlets across Malaysia).
- Full-Time position(s) available.

- Propose, develop new employee development programme according to operation needs. Consistently looking into training programmes that elevates the service culture, improve revenue and support business growth.
- Develop, revise, update, deliver and evaluate brand specific training and development programs for all levels of operations, from new joiners to managers, ensuring adaptation of the changing work environment.
- Meet up with operation managers and conduct training needs analysis to identify and close training gaps as well as establish new training modules.
- Provide professional expertise regarding training issues/ gaps for operations team as and when required.
- Develop testing and evaluation procedures and solutions.
- Conducting training session workshops where required.
- Manages training certification and assessment process.
- Documenting periodic update and control of training materials and costs.
- Compile and prepare monthly report for management on all the training activities in terms of pre-training to post training.
- Develop training brochure, multimedia visual aids and presentations.
- To assist in establishment and improvisation of the Training Department and other relevant existing policies.
